Siebel 7.X certified consultant to work on small team / multiple application environment. This is a blended role where the candidate will be supporting a production Siebel 7.5.3 Service application while performing primarily configuration for a new ERM Help Desk application. The candidate will also participate in requirements gathering, design, build, test, and implementation of numerous other Siebel applications on a continuous "Rapid Application Development" schedule.
Hands on Siebel Field Service/ Service/ ERM Help Desk configurator Demonstration of at least 4 full life cycle implementations and maintenance of existing systems. Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
Thorough skill/ knowledge with standard/ custom object configuration, data model, and scripting.
Demonstration of work flow and assignment manager experience.
Demonstration of eMail Response configuration / administration experience.
Deep knowledge of troubleshooting Siebel client and server components with ability to fix problems quickly
