Under the supervision of the Radiology Supervisor, performs a variety of diagnostic radiology procedures and departmental support functions. Utilizes departmental policies and procedures in meeting patient needs, adheres to proper quality utilization and risk management policies and practices. Performs imaging procedures for patients of both genders and all ages.
This position also has compliance accountability and/or responsibility for client's policies and procedures, the Principles of Responsibility, accreditation standards (if applicable), and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as, proper use of Client's Computer (PC) and applications.
Minimum QualificationsMinimum of one year experience as a Radiology TechnologistEducation and TrainingHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Graduation from approved school of radiology.License, Certifications, Other CredentialsRegistered ARRTAll applicable state licensesCurrent CPR certification or must acquire within three months of hire.
