Terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead in a great career. As a registered nurse for this growing healthcare company, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patient/family within a hospice environment. You will oversee a team of professionals and make sure that they provide continuous assessment of patients. You will make sure that all patient records are completed and maintained, and will facilitate and participate in the IDG care conference & contribute to patient care planning. The perfect candidate must be licensed in the state of NH, have a minimum of one year general nursing, hospice,home health surgical or critical care experience preferred.
