Contract Recruiter (Fortune 100) - California
Fortune 100 company located in silicon valley seeks experienced contract recruiter for engineering, quality assurance, support and marketing positions. Typical req load will vary from 18 to 42 in this fast paced, enterprise systems company with revenue of $6+bil.
Reporting into the Director of Staffing, you will be responsible for internet sourcing strategies, vendor management, career fair representation, internal and external job advertising, screening candidates, candidate interviews, offer negotiation and creation.
Requires 5+ years experience recruiting in a high tech corporate setting. Strong work ethic a must and the ability to work in a fast paced environment required.
